Joe Gransden, a New York City-born jazz trumpeter and vocalist, is celebrated for his hard bop style and a singing voice likened to Chet Baker and Frank Sinatra. He leads a 16-piece big band and has released albums such as "I'll Be Seeing You" and "Songs of Sinatra & Friends." Gransden has collaborated with artists including Barry White and Kenny G. He received the Jazz Hero Award in 2016 for his contributions to jazz.
