A ticket delivery delay is in place until two days before the event. Tickets will not be emailed until then.

This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Valid photo ID and credit card used for purchase are required to pick up tickets.

Show Policies

• Mandatory two-item minimum purchase per person in the showroom.
• Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with the exception of groups and premium booths.
• No cell phone use, photography, videography, filming, or recording is permitted during performances.
• No smoking and no vaping.
• We reserve the right to deny/refuse entry to or remove parties who are deemed a distraction to other guests.
• We reserve the right to search personal items and may not allow personal items into the venue.

• All sales are final, unless event is cancelled by the artist or venue.
• No refunds, transfers, or exchanges.
• Ticket prices and fees are market-priced and may fluctuate.
• If you are fully vaccinated, you may enter our venue without a mask. If you are unvaccinated, you must wear a mask when entering our venue.
