Joey Avery

Joey Avery is a stand-up comedian who began his career in Cape Town, South Africa, before gaining recognition in the Bay Area comedy scene and moving to New York. Known for his improvised crowd work and precise material, he achieved viral success on Don't Tell Comedy and Comedy Central's Featuring. His debut album, JUNIOR VARSITY, reached #1 on iTunes, and he released the special "Joey Avery: Live in San Francisco". He has featured for comedians including Andrew Schulz and Mark Normand.
