Accessible Seating Details

Our facilities are 100% ADA compliant. Caesars Event Center has accessible seating on floor seats and in the balcony. It is important to indicate when buying tickets if you require wheelchair accessible seating. For more information or to purchase wheelchair accessible seating, please call 812-969-6800. Service Animals are allowed but they must have their working papers with them. Please call 812-969-6800 to set this up in advance. Elevators: There elevators to access both levels of the Caesars Event Center. Parking: All of Caesars Southern Indiana's parking garages have accessible parking. Entrance: The entrances are ADA compliant.

Accessibility Info

Accessible seating is available for wheelchairs and companions, as well as limited mobility. There is a 4-ticket limit for all accessible seating, unless otherwise posted. Wheelchair and limited mobility patrons should purchase one wheelchair seat as their seat and up to three companion seats. Please Note: All floor seating is flat seating and chairs can be removed as necessary. All Balcony seating is auditorium style. Please call 812-969-6800 for additional information. Accessible seats are in sections 101, 103, 104, 105, and 203.
