Providence, Rhode Island-born, Pasadena-raised R&B singer/songwriter-producer Jon B. blends smooth melodies, ’70s soul and hip-hop. His 1995 debut Bonafide went gold; 1997’s Cool Relax went platinum with hits “They Don’t Know” and “Are U Still Down.”

J. Holiday

Washington, D.C.-based R&B vocalist J. Holiday (Nahum Grymes) signed to Capitol and broke through with Back of My Lac' (2007). Singles Bed and Suffocate, co-written by the-Dream, topped Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Round 2 followed in 2009.
