Julien Clerc, born Paul-Alain Leclerc in Paris in 1947, is a renowned French singer-songwriter. A prominent figure in French Pop and Chanson, he rose to fame in 1968 with "La cavalerie" and his role in the musical Hair. Known for hits like "Ma préférence" and "Femmes... Je vous aime", he continues to record and is currently touring. His album "Une vie" (new edition) was released in 2025.
