Juraj Valcuha, born in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a renowned classical conductor. He is recognized for his effortless expressiveness, sharp baton technique, and profound musicianship, making complex scores immersive. He is Music Director of the Houston Symphony and has led major orchestras globally, including the Berliner Philharmoniker and New York Philharmonic. He champions contemporary compositions.
