Cesar Zuiderwijk, born July 18, 1948, in The Hague, Netherlands, is a renowned Dutch rock drummer. He is celebrated for his live drum solos and has taught drumming since 1992, also co-founding the band Sloper. He received The Hague Culture Prize in 2007.
