Kaientai

Kaientai is a Japanese folk music group from Fukuoka, formed in 1971. Known for their Kayokyoku and J-Pop style, they gained fame with songs like "Ballad Dedicated to My Mother" and the enduring graduation anthem "Okuru Kotoba." The trio, featuring Tetsuya Takeda, Toshio Nakamuta, and Kazutomi Chiba, disbanded in 1982 and reunited in 1994. Their name honors Sakamoto Ryoma's historical organization.
