Snooze and Kaonashi

Kaonashi, a Philadelphia-based progressive metalcore, mathcore, and post-hardcore band formed in 2012, is known for its emotionally intense, genre-blending sound and unique, often polarizing vocals. Their music explores themes of personal struggle through a fictional narrative. Notable releases include "I Want To Go Home" (2025), "Dear Lemon House, You Ruined Me: Senior Year" (2021), and EPs like "The 3 Faces of Beauty" (2024). They have collaborated with artists such as Anthony Green.

Chicago’s Snooze blends heavy math-rock with djent, known for intricate rhythms and emotional depth. Their debut, "Familiaris", honors a family dog; 2020’s "Still" pays tribute to bassist Cameron Grom.
