Palestinian-American folk-leaning singer-songwriter Sam Burton moved from Utah to Los Angeles in 2016. Fairweather Friend is his third solo record, written with solo performance in mind and shaped by his evolving guitar work.

Kate Bollinger

Kate Bollinger, a Charlottesville native, blends folk-pop with poetic lyrics. She gained recognition from The New York Times and NPR with self-released tracks. Her 2022 EP, "Look at it in the Light," marked her debut with Ghostly International. Bollinger has collaborated with Drugdealer and Paul Cherry and toured with Faye Webster and Devendra Banhart. She's also directed music videos for Jessica Pratt. Her music, inspired by 1960s folk-pop and 1990s indie rock, is known for its eclectic, melodic style.
