Born in 1983 in Fukuoka, discovered in 1999 by composer Hideo Mizumori. Debuted in 2001 with "Kijou." Known as the "Prince of Enka," made NHK Kouhaku debut in 2015 and has performed consecutively since. Held a nationwide tour in 2019, celebrated 20 years with a Nippon Budokan concert. Released "Kokoro Mangekyo" in 2023.
