Cashless Environment

PHX Arena is now a cashless environment. Please plan on using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover during your visit. Don't have a credit/debit card? Convert cash into a preloaded Mastercard by visiting one of our reverse ATMs located near the Ticket Office or Section 218!

Transit Information

When you purchase a ticket to a PHX Arena event, you can ride the Valley Metro Light Rail at no cost for four (4) hours prior to the event through the end of the transit day.

Mobile Tickets

With an increased focus on secure, contactless entry, mobile tickets will be required. All tickets will be delivered electronically with no exceptions; therefore, will call is no longer available. All tickets are available via the Ticketmaster app or the Suns-Mercury-PHX Arena app.

Delivery and Ticket Limit

ATTENTION FANS: Delivery will be delayed till 3/22/25. There is a strict eight (8) ticket limit for this event. Multiple purchases are forbidden and violation of this policy may result in tickets (over the limit) being voided and refunded.

Tour Details

Award-winning Kelsea Ballerini is about to head out on her tour in 2025 that will cross through North America. The singer will bring this tour around starting in January in Grand Rapids and running through April 9th.

The last album she released was in 2022 so there is a lot of hype around this new one. The tour will follow her sold out show in New York at Madison Square Garden in October for the premier of the new album “Patterns”. The new 30 city tour will go through major cities like Nashville, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Toronto and Portland among others.

With a big heart, $1 from each of the ticket sales will continue to go towards her “Feel Your Way Through Foundation”. This foundation strives to bring awareness to mental health and delete the stigma around it.

Joining her on the road this coming year are Maisie Peters and MaRynn Taylor. 2025 will be a busy year for this Nashville native singer, as she is also joining the judges on The Voice in spring of 2025. Grab your tickets to see the transformation in the music of this new album and tour.
