Die Herkuleskeule, originating in Dresden, Germany in 1961, is a celebrated political cabaret ensemble. Renowned for sharp-tongued satire, profound humor, and trenchant texts, their performances blend music, including jazz, rap, and pop. They are recognized for challenging the status quo and their thought-provoking programs. Key author Wolfgang Schaller received the "Stern der Satire" award. The ensemble is considered among Germany's best cabaret acts.
