Phats and Small, formed by Jason Phats and Russell Small in 1998, are renowned for their hit "Turn Around (Hey What's Wrong With You)." With over 5 million sales, they won multiple awards, including TMF and Brit Awards. Their 1999 hits include "Feel Good" and "Tonite." They've DJed globally and collaborated with Earth, Wind & Fire and Jean-Michel Jarre. Jason, mentored by Carl Cox, also remixed for Daft Punk and others. They signed with Spinnin' Records and Armada Music, continuing to impact the dance music scene. Russell left in 2006.

Born in Park Royal, London, General Levy, a trailblazer in UK ragga music, soared in the 90s with hits like 'Original Length & Strength'. Known for energetic shows and albums like 'Wickedness Increase', he collaborated with stars like Capleton and expanded into hip-hop.
