London-based septet Kokoroko blends Afrobeat, highlife, and jazz, creating a soul-shaking, horn-fueled sound. Known for their hit "Abusey Junction," which won Track of the Year at Gilles Peterson's Worldwide Awards, they were also named "ones to watch" by The Guardian. They won Best Group at the Urban Music Awards and released albums like "Could We Be More" and "Tuff Times Never Last." Their name means "be strong" in Urhobo.

Thai-born drummer, producer and composer, Salin is a Juno-nominated artist blending Northeast Thailand sounds with 70s West African psychedelia and modern soulful production. Her album Rammana drew critical acclaim; she’s performed on KEXP and was picked for Radio-Canada’s Révélations.
