VIP Ticket Details

The VIP ticket includes a GA ticket, a photo opportunity with Bryan & Neil before the show, a limited edition button, poster, laminate, and early entry to the venue. Every person entering the VIP must have a VIP ticket.

VIP is from 11AM - 12PM on the day of the show.

Age Restrictions and ID Requirements

Please note that Manchester Music Hall is an all-ages venue; however, attendees aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Entry requires a valid government-issued ID for verification of age, with certain events restricted to patrons 18 and older.

Venue Entry and Security

To maintain a secure environment, re-entry to the venue is strictly prohibited once admitted. In alignment with our commitment to safety, no weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, mace, or brass knuckles, are permitted inside the venue. Guests found with prohibited items may be denied entry or removed without a refund.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, though designated smoking areas are available outside.

Parking Information

For those driving to the venue, Manchester Music Hall offers a paid parking lot with clearly marked signage for easy navigation. We ask that guests park only in designated spots, as Manchester Music Hall is not liable for parking violations, towing, or damages incurred in or near our lot.

Photography and Recording

Photography, video, or any form of unauthorized recording may be restricted at certain events. Guests are encouraged to consult event-specific guidelines available on our website or inquire with venue staff upon arrival.
