All tickets on the floor are general admission, standing room only. Limited high-top tables and barstool seating will be available on the floor on a first-come, first-served basis.

Venue Payment Policies

PLEASE NOTE - The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Transportation and Parking

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick-up/drop-off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Ticketing Policies

• No refunds - no exceptions.
• Lineups and times are subject to change.
• Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hawthorn and/or TicketWeb.
• Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events.
• Tickets available at the door (if not sold out).
• No re-entry.
• Physical tickets available at the box office.
