VIP Package Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
• The artist, promoter and venue reserve the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause, and without penalty.
• All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. Merchandise will not be shipped (posted) under any circumstances.
• Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements where applicable. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of initial purchase.
• VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry.
• Commemorative VIP laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas.

PLEASE NOTE seats located on Level 4 (Upper Tier, Upper Bowl) are not recommended for those who have a fear of heights.

Letters of authorisation will not be accepted at the venue when collecting tickets for events at the O2. If collecting from the box office, the card holder must be present.
