Box Office Information

Ticket prices include all fees and taxes. Tickets purchased at the box office have reduced fees. The Box Office at The Hawthorn is open every Friday from 10 AM - 4 PM. Address: 2231 Washington Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103

Venue Policies

PLEASE NOTE - The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Refund and Ticketing Policies

No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hawthorn and/or TicketWeb. Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office.

VIP Package Conditions

VIP: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of 237 Global. VIP instructions will be sent via email no later than three days (3) prior to the concert. If you do not receive this email three days (3) prior please email [email protected]. All packages and contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. All VIP package items and experiences are subject to change.
