Mexican Latin rock pioneers led by Alejandro Lora, El Tri began in 1968 as Three Souls in My Mind, playing Avándano Festival in 1971. Their 1985 album Simplemente el Tri went gold with hits Triste Canción de Amor and Vicioso del Rocanrol.
