Venue Policies

No cameras, audio or video devices allowed. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. There is no elevator. Stairs only to the Mezzanine level.

Accessibility

Accessible, hearing and sight impaired seating is available in the Orchestra section through Ticketmaster and the venue Box Office. Assistive listening devices are available on a first come first served basis in the lobby of the theater. Hearing impaired and sight impaired patrons who need captioning or interpreter services are asked to contact the Box Office no later than 2 weeks before the event.

Service Animals

Service animals must be tethered at all times and must rest in the seating area with a handler that is appropriate for the animal's size, not in the aisles. Because our seating area has narrow rows, we ask that patrons inform us prior to bringing a service animal to Centennial Hall, so that we may reserve the best area for both patron and animal.
