Lomelda: Hannah Read's Musical Project

Lomelda is the musical project of Hannah Read. Originating in the swampy, sweaty town of Silsbee, TX, she formed the band with her high school best friends. Over the next decade, Lomelda evolved, stretching to fit new friendships and sometimes shrinking down to solo strummings.

Musical Evolution

Four albums and a series of never-the-same live shows have chronicled these shifts in shape and sound. Lomelda's fifth album, titled "Hannah," showcases various forms, from the expansive "Wonder" and rock band "Reach" to the meandering "Stranger Sat By Me" and finger-picking "It's Infinite."

Album Themes and Content

Hannah Read sings stories through a range of moods, embracing topics like strangers, suns, dogs, moms, brothers, favorite bands, exclamations, and big shots, as well as herself by name. The album expresses both joy and revulsion towards her god-given name, ultimately embracing it in transformation and confession.

This event is for attendees aged 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating they are at least 21 years old will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
