You will receive an email one week prior to the show, sent to the address used for your purchase, containing all the instructions for your VIP package. If you purchase your package the same week as the show, the email will be sent 24 hours before the event. Please make sure to check your inbox.

VIP packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To access the VIP experience, you must present a valid ID matching the name of the purchaser. Failure to do so will result in denied access.
