Lou Gramm, born in Rochester, NY, gained fame as Foreigner's frontman, co-writing hits like "Cold as Ice" and "I Want to Know What Love Is." His solo career scored Top 10 hits with "Midnight Blue" and "Just Between You and Me." Gramm battled health issues in the late '90s but returned to touring in 1999.
