Seating Policy

All seating is first come, first served. Bar Area seating is limited. Once all available seats are occupied, the remaining bar area becomes standing room only. Table Seating is available for all ages, however, the Bar Area is restricted to individuals aged 21 and over. Tickets for the Bar Area will not be honored for patrons under 21.

Group Reservations

For groups larger than 8, a group package must be purchased by contacting us at club@bluenote.net or by calling 212.475.8592. Groups larger than 8 without a group package will have group surcharges added to the bill. Groups arriving late or separately are not guaranteed to be seated together. All seating remains first come, first served, so it is advisable to arrive early for the best seats.

Tickets for Blue Note New York shows can only be purchased on Ticketweb. We are not affiliated with any third-party sellers, and tickets purchased on third-party sites will not be honored. The credit card used for the original purchase of tickets will be required at the door upon entry. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or transfers for ticket purchases. All sales are final, and we have no liability for tickets purchased through a reselling or third-party site. Official ticket purchases are exclusively processed through TicketWeb.com.
