Cutting Crew and Maggie Reilly

Cutting Crew, formed by Kevin Scott Macmichael and Nick Van Eede in Halifax, hit big with "(I Just) Died In Your Arms," topping U.S. charts. Known for their melodic rock style, they opened for top acts like The Bangles and Starship and were Grammy-nominated for Best New Artist. Their hits include "I've Been In Love Before" and "One For The Mockingbird." After Macmichael's passing, Van Eede revived the band with Gareth Moulton, releasing new albums and touring globally with acts like Go West and Wang Chung.

Scottish singer Maggie Reilly is known for her versatile career across jazz/funk with Cado Belle and collaborations with Mike Oldfield, producing hits like "Moonlight Shadow" and "To France." She also worked with Jack Bruce, Dave Gilmour, and Sisters of Mercy. Reilly’s solo work includes hits "Everytime We Touch" and albums like "Echoes," earning her an ASCAP award and gold certifications. Her "Best Of" album charted in Germany in 2021.
