Early Moods

Early Moods is a Doom/Heavy Metal band from Los Angeles, CA that pays homage to bands like Candlemass, Witchfinder General, Pentagram, Trouble and Sabbath. Early Moods was founded in 2015 by Andrade and vocalist/keyboardist Alberto Alcaraz after a few years of playing in thrash and death metal projects before the two realized that the classic doom that they had grown up with was what they really wanted to explore. Going through a few lineup changes while delving deeper into the diverging influences that were calling, Early Moods arrived at the sound and lineup that grew their fanbase locally.

The band released their debut EP Spellbound in 2020 on German label Dying Victim Productions, followed by their self-titled debut full length on Riding Easy Records in 2023. Early Moods is Oscar Hernandez on lead guitar, Chris Flores on drums, Elix Felciano on bass, Alcaraz on vocals/synth, and Andrade on guitar.

Magick Potion

Magick Potion is a hard hitting heavy rock trio channeling the raw energy and heavy grooves of the late 60s and early 70s. Clearly hooked on the likes of underrated groups such as Blue Cheer, The Amboy Dukes and Budgie, the band crafts a sound that fuses heavy rock's gritty riffs with contrasting moments bordering on psychedelia. With roaring guitars, thunderous drums and hard driving bass lines, Magick Potion conjures a vibe that is both nostalgic yet contemporary and original. Their music is a bridge to an era where rock was rebellious, loud and unfiltered, yet they infuse it with a spirit all their own.
