Marta Sánchez is a Spanish jazz pianist and composer based in New York City. Her quintet albums Partenika and El Rayo de Luz made The New York Times’ 10 Best Albums lists (2015, 2019). A 2025 DownBeat Rising Star, she has played with the David Murray Quartet since 2022.

Siempre Así, formed in Seville in 1991, is a Spanish pop-flamenco group celebrated for its joyful rumba and vocal harmonies. Known for popular songs like "Si los hombres han llegado hasta la luna" and "A mi manera," they have released numerous albums, including "La Misa de la Alegría." The group has achieved significant success, selling nearly a million records, performing globally, and receiving the Medalla de Andalucía. Their music, often featuring collaborations with artists like José Manuel Soto, is a cherished part of many lives.
