Born Mark McLachlan in Clydebank, Scotland, Marti Pellow rose to fame as Wet Wet Wet’s frontman, scoring a major hit with their chart-topping cover “Love Is All Around.” He later launched a solo career spanning pop, R&B, jazz and showtunes, and acted onstage in Chicago, Chess and Evita.
