Singer/songwriter Martin Stephenson formed the Daintees in his early teens. Kitchenware backed 1982 single Roll on Summertime and albums Boat to Bolivia (1986) and Gladsome, Humour & Blue (1988) with Wholly Humble Heart. Salutation Road (1990) was his most politicized.
