Cam'ron, born Cameron Giles in Harlem, is renowned for his distinctive East Coast gangsta rap. He gained fame with collaborations alongside Big L and Mase, and a gold-certified debut album, *Confessions of Fire* (1998). His platinum album *Come Home with Me* (2002) featured hits like "Oh Boy" and "Hey Ma." Co-founding the Diplomats with Jim Jones, he reached cult status with *Purple Haze* (2004). Known for mixing flamboyance with grit, Cam'ron also launched young talents like Vado. He later collaborated with DJ A-Trak on *U Wasn't There* (2022).
