Box Office Sales and Venue Information

Box office sales and venue doors open one hour prior to ticket time. No will call. 16 and under with parent/guardian or 17+ to enter. Ticket holders must have valid photo ID. Box office is credit card only and opens one hour prior to door time. Delivery delay in place until 3/22/25 at 8pm.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
