Michael McGoldrick and Tim Edey

Michael McGoldrick, from Manchester, is a versatile multi-instrumentalist and composer known for blending Irish traditional music with jazz, funk, African, and Indian styles. A master of wooden flute, low whistles, and uilleann pipes, he's collaborated with artists like Mark Knopfler, Vicente Amigo, and Julie Fowlis. His notable works include the solo album "Fused" and collaborations such as "The Wishing Tree." He's been a key player in the Transatlantic Sessions and with Mark Knopfler since 2009.

Tim Edey, a virtuoso folk and Celtic musician from Ireland, is known for tender, passionate music. He’s collaborated with The Chieftains, Sharon Shannon, and Mike McGoldrick, winning multiple BBC Folk Awards.
