Born Matti Fagerholm in Helsinki, Finland, Michael Monroe is a Finnish hard rock/glam-punk singer and multi-instrumentalist. He fronted Hanoi Rocks in the 1980s and launched a solo career with 1987’s Nights Are so Long; later issued I Live Too Fast to Die Young! (2022).
