Michigander is the indie rock project of Jason Singer, formed in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2014. Known for anthemic songwriting and dynamic performances, the band blends alternative rock, indie rock, and pop with earnest storytelling. Popular songs include "Nineties," "Misery," and "Giving Up." Their self-titled debut album arrived in 2025, following EPs like "Everything Will Be OK Eventually" and "It Will Never Be The Same." Michigander has collaborated with Manchester Orchestra, Chris Carrabba, and Taylor Goldsmith.

About Vivarium

Vivarium is a 450-capacity music club located on Milwaukee's East Side, opened in 2024 by the Pabst Theater Group. Designed by Kubala Washatko Architects, it blends an industrial aesthetic with natural elements like cream city brick, 100-year-old Wisconsin wood walls, skylights, and live greenery. Attending a show here offers an intimate general admission experience with a large floor area and a low stage, fostering a vibrant, "living" atmosphere for both local and national artists.
