Overview

Trust for Public Land is the proud charitable partner of Modest Mouse's 2026 tour. The 5th Avenue Theatre is located at 1308 5th Avenue in Downtown Seattle.

Ticketing and Fees

There is a ticket limit of 8 tickets per person and per credit card on this event. Accounts found in violation of the posted ticket limit may be cancelled without notice. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Venue Access and Policy

Mobile barcodes delayed until 4 days prior to event. Venue reserves the right to change delivery methods. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms. There is no elevator. Stairs and ramps only to the balcony level.

Each accessible seat houses an armless freestanding chair for patrons with mobility impairments and their companions. Please note that our historic theatre has no elevator to the balcony levels.
