Molchat Doma, formed in 2017 in Minsk, Belarus, blends post-punk, new wave, and synth-pop, known for their cold yet danceable sound and goth ethos. The trio, renowned for their brutalist album art, achieved global fame and later relocated to Los Angeles. Their music reflects a distinct style and meaning, capturing the digital pulse of the '90s with dark dancefloor anthems.
Peter Hook and The Light, formed in 2010, is an English post-punk and new wave band led by Joy Division and New Order co-founder Peter Hook. They are celebrated for performing classic albums like "Unknown Pleasures" and "Power, Corruption & Lies" live. Known for Hook's influential bass style, their repertoire includes iconic songs such as "Love Will Tear Us Apart" and "Blue Monday," continuing the legacy of his groundbreaking work.
Tara Busch, a Los Angeles-based artist, co-founded I Speak Machine in 2013 with Maf Lewis. Their 2022 album "WAR" toured with Gary Numan, showcasing Tara's unique, theatrical performances.
Novulent, a Dallas, Texas-born artist with Zimbabwean roots, crafts a hypnotic blend of shoegaze, dream pop, and alt-rock. DITZ, formed in 2015 in Brighton, debuted with "The Great Regression." Known for tracks like "Gayboy" & covers like "Fuck the Pain Away." Their album, celebrated for exploring themes of insecurity & gender, sold out its special vinyl in 24hrs and was mastered by Kate Tavini.
Formed in Sheffield, Cabaret Voltaire were pioneers of industrial and electronic music, blending punk, Dada, and dance styles with hits like "Nag Nag Nag." They influenced techno, acid house, and collaborated with Marshall Jefferson.
