All tickets are general admission, standing room only. Limited barstool seating will be available on a first come, first served basis. Ticket prices include all fees and taxes. Tickets purchased at the box office have reduced fees.

PLEASE NOTE - The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Parking & Transportation

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up/drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hawthorn and/or TicketWeb. Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events.
