Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), born in Salzburg, Austria, was a classical child prodigy. He composed over 600 masterpieces across genres like opera, symphony, and chamber music. Known for his elegant, balanced style, his famous works include "The Marriage of Figaro," "Don Giovanni," "The Magic Flute," and Symphony No. 40. He is considered one of Western music's greatest composers.
Born in Crailsheim, Germany, clarinetist Sabine Meyer is renowned for her solo work, genre-spanning recordings, and key collaborations. Early in her career, she joined the Berlin Philharmonic, breaking gender barriers. She formed the Clarone Trio and the Bläserensemble Sabine Meyer, collaborating with artists like Eddie Daniels and the Tokyo String Quartet. Meyer's recordings have won eight ECHO Klassik awards. An esteemed educator, she teaches at Lübeck Academy and has inspired many successful pupils. Notable honors include the Chevalier de Arts et des Lettres and the Officer's Cross.
