Ticket Limits and Cancellations

Please adhere to published ticket limits. If you exceed the ticket limit, you may have any or all of your orders and tickets canceled without notice. Delivery will be delayed to check for duplicate orders. Tickets will be available beginning 3 days prior to the event.

Age Requirements and Policies

Ages 2 and older require a ticket. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

Changes and Limitations

Pricing, lineup, and production setup may change, affecting seat location without notice. Ticket purchases exceeding the posted ticket limit, either within a single order or across multiple orders, may be subject to order(s) being voided without notice.

Accessible Seating Details

Accessible seats will be sold to anyone requesting them, subject to availability. Wheelchair / Mobility Impaired seating is located in all levels of the arena at all price categories. Floor accessible seating varies by event. Seating for the Sight/Hearing impaired is available in the lower level. Sight or hearing impaired patrons should please contact the Gas South Arena Box Office at 770-626-2464. All levels of the arena are accessible by elevator and escalator.
