He is known for pioneering the "chill drill" microgenre with a distinctive lo-fi sound and introspective lyrics. Popular tracks include "Elevate" and "2MS". Nemzzz released the EP *Nemzzz Type Beat*, followed by mixtapes *Do Not Disturb* and *Rent's Due*, which charted well.
