British musician Michael Kiwanuka, known for his soulful voice and evocative sound, gained fame with his debut album "Home Again," clinching a BRIT award. Mt. Joy, formed in 2016, is an indie rock band known for energetic performances and hits like "Silver Lining." They've toured extensively, sold out venues like Madison Square Garden, and gained acclaim with albums like "Mt. Joy" and "Rearrange Us."
Jeff Tweedy, born in Belleville, Illinois, co-founded Uncle Tupelo, pioneering alt-country. Post-breakup, he formed Wilco, lauded for albums like "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot." Known for eclectic rock, he collaborated with Jim O'Rourke, Billy Bragg, and Mavis Staples. As a solo artist, he released "Together at Last," "Warm," and "Love Is the King," showcasing intimate folk-rock styles. His projects include Loose Fur and Golden Smog.
