Atlanta-born Westside rapper, actor and comedian DC Young Fly (John Whitfield) began rapping in 2011. A Wild 'n Out cast member and Rookie of the Year, he’s known for celebrity roasts. Albums include Curb Music (2018), Trap Soul and Fly Womack.

J. Holiday

Washington, D.C.-based R&B vocalist J. Holiday (Nahum Grymes) signed to Capitol and broke through with Back of My Lac' (2007). Singles Bed and Suffocate, co-written by the-Dream, topped Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Round 2 followed in 2009.
