Oi Va Voi, a London-based collective known for their eclectic fusion of rock, electronica, and world music, formed in the late '90s. With vibrant, diverse influences like klezmer and Eastern European horns, their debut, "Laughter Through Tears," featured KT Tunstall. Despite lineup and label challenges, they continued to innovate, collaborating with producers like Mike Spencer, and vocalists Alice MacLaughlin and Bridgette Amofah. Their albums, including "Memory Drop," showcase their global sound, earning them a reputation for captivating live performances and a BBC Radio 2 World Music Awards nomination.
