Release of Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that participation in the event ("Event") organized by Toronto Music, Arts and Nature Alliance (TMANA), Promise and New Romance may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I understand and agree that TMANA, Promise and New Romance, including its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the Event, whether caused by negligence, acts of other participants, or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMANA, Promise and New Romance, its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may arise during or as a result of my participation in the Event.

I acknowledge and understand that participating in the Event involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, illness, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in the Event.

I also hereby grant TMANA, Promise and New Romance and its authorized representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs, images, or videos taken during the Event for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, publications, websites, or social media. I release TMANA, Promise and New Romance from any liability arising from the use of such materials.

I have read this Release of Liability Waiver carefully and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against TMANA, Promise and New Romance. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
