Panchiko’s demo CD D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L, said to be released in 2000 by Owain, Andy, Shaun and John, resurfaced after a 2016 4chan /mu/ post about a find in a Nottingham, UK record store, sparking online sleuthing until Owain confirmed it was real.

Frontman Cole Haden is known for incorporating queer themes in his lyrics and magnetic live performances. Their acclaimed albums include Dogsbody (2023) and Pirouette (2025), with popular songs like "Cinderella" and "Diva." They released the EP Swan Songs in 2026 and have performed at major festivals.
