Philadelphia's They Are Gutting a Body of Water (TAGABOW) began as Douglas Dulgarian's solo project, evolving into an acclaimed shoegaze band. Blending shoegaze with electronic and experimental rock, they are known for their intense live performances and albums like Destiny XL and the highly praised LOTTO. Dulgarian also runs the influential Julia's War Recordings label.
Weatherday is the Swedish solo project of the semi-anonymous musician Sputnik, known for their unique blend of emo, lo-fi, noise pop, and indie rock. Their critically acclaimed debut album, "Come In," garnered a cult following. They released the album "Hornet Disaster" and collaborated on "Weatherglow" with Asian Glow. Sputnik is celebrated for their raw, honest approach and revitalizing emo music.
