Pat Metheny, born in Lee's Summit, MO, is a legendary guitarist and composer known for blending jazz with rock, funk, and global sounds. Winner of 20 Grammy Awards in varied categories, he debuted with "Bright Size Life" in 1976 and achieved gold with "Still Life (Talking)" and "Letter from Home."
