General Admission Seating

All tickets on the floor & mezzanine are general admission seating within each section. The mezzanine is 21+ ONLY. Ticket prices include all fees and taxes. Tickets purchased at the box office have reduced fees.

The Box Office at The Hall is open every Friday from 10am-4pm. Address: 721 W 9th St, Little Rock, AR 72201.

Cashless Venue

PLEASE NOTE - The Hall is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Parking and Transportation

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

• No refunds - no exceptions.
• Lineups and times are subject to change.
• Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hall and/or TicketWeb.
• Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events.
• Tickets available at the door (if not sold out).
• No re-entry.
• Physical tickets available at the box office.
